This Year’s Theme: Global Collaboration towards Greater Freedom

About This Year’s Theme

Global Collaboration towards Greater Freedom

The theme “Global Collaboration towards Greater Freedom” emphasizes the importance of unity in addressing challenges that cross borders. This includes inequality, human rights, or the preservation of democratic values. It calls on us to move beyond national and cultural divides, encouraging dialogue, cooperation, and solidarity as the foundation for protecting and expanding freedoms. True freedom is not only the absence of restriction, but the presence of justice, inclusivity, and the chance for individuals and communities to flourish.

This theme invites us to see global action as a genuine partnership where every voice has weight and every nation holds responsibility. Through collaboration, we can dismantle systems of oppression, create conditions where freedom is strengthened, and ensure progress is shared fairly among all.
